Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:
Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or commercial activity and enters into a distance contract with the professional.
Day: calendar day.
- Duration of transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of goods and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
- Durable medium: any means enabling the consumer or professional to store information addressed to them in a way that allows for subsequent consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the reflection period.
- Professional: a natural or legal person who offers goods and/or services to consumers at a distance.
- Distance contract: a contract in which, within the framework of an organized system by the professional for the distance sale of goods and/or services, one or more means of distance communication are used until the conclusion of the contract.
