RETURN POLICY
You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it, and we guarantee that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within five business days of receiving the return. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and may be high, particularly because items must be sent back to China. However, after negotiation, you may be eligible for a partial refund without having to return the product.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid customs issues, choose the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option when returning your order. Otherwise, returned goods may not reach our warehouse and could remain stuck in customs.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Fill in the return form
Send us an email if you would like to receive the return form.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure to use a tracking number for the package! As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
As soon as we receive the package, we will process your refund and credit the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
